How fast is delivery?
Digital goods are delivered instantly after payment. Roblox items typically take 5-15 minutes once you're online and ready.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If there's an issue with your order, contact us on Discord and we'll work it out. Delivered Roblox items cannot be refunded.
How do I contact support?
The fastest way is through our Discord server. You can also reach us via email. We typically respond within a few hours.
Roblox Delivery
How does Roblox item delivery work?
After purchase, log into your customer dashboard with the email you used at checkout. Enter your Roblox username, then add our seller as a friend when their username appears. Join their game in Roblox and the trade happens there.
How long does Roblox delivery take?
Usually 5-15 minutes once you've submitted your username and you're online. During peak hours it may take a bit longer.
What if the seller isn't online?
Your order stays in our queue and you'll see real-time updates on your dashboard. As soon as a seller is available, they'll pick up your order and you'll be notified.
Can I change my Roblox username after submitting?
Yes! Just go back to your dashboard and edit it anytime before the trade happens. Click Update to save your changes.
What games do you support?
We currently support Adopt Me, SAB (Strongest Anime Battlegrounds), MM2 (Murder Mystery 2), ETFB, and Fish-It. More games are added regularly.
Digital Goods
How do I receive my digital product?
Immediately after payment, your product key or account details appear on the order confirmation page and are sent to your email. No login required.
What if my key doesn't work?
Contact us on Discord with your order ID and we'll replace it immediately. All digital products come with a warranty.
Are Spotify/YouTube Premium keys permanent?
Yes — our lifetime keys are permanent and do not expire. If a key ever stops working, we provide a free replacement under our lifetime warranty.
Can I use these on my existing account?
Yes, most of our digital products work on your own existing account. Check the product description for specific instructions.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! Many products have volume pricing — the more you buy, the less you pay per unit. Check the variant options on each product page.
Account & Support
How do I log into my customer account?
Click the account icon in the top right, enter the email you used at checkout, and we'll send you a one-time login code. No password needed.
Where can I see my order history?
Log into your customer dashboard and go to Orders. You'll see all your past purchases, delivery statuses, and invoice details.
I didn't receive my login code.
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, try again — codes are sent instantly. Make sure you're using the exact email from checkout.
How do I track my Roblox delivery?
Everything happens on your customer dashboard. After entering your Roblox username, you'll see real-time updates: when the seller is assigned, when the server link is ready, and when the trade is complete.
Is my data safe?
We only store your email for order management. We don't share your information with third parties. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
